Chickahominy Woods Townhouses Association (CWTA) is a Virginia Property Owners Association composed of zoned single-family townhouses. Unlike a condominium, each owner owns both their townhouse and the lot it sits on.
Parking Guidelines
- Surface Parking: Permit required. To request a permit, please contact us. Limited restricted parking is available.
- Overflow Parking: Available on Lee Avenue. Please be mindful of mailboxes, driveways, and private resident entrances.
- Vehicles parked in fire lanes, near hydrants, with expired license plates or inspections, blocking access, or violating rules will be towed at the owner's expense without warning.
Rental Policy
Owners must reside in their homes for at least one year before applying for rental permission.
FAA Drone Restriction Area
Due to FAA restrictions, drones are prohibited in the community without LAANC approval and documentation.

Our community is part of the Henrico Neighborhood Watch program. For non-criminal concerns:
