ACS West Management

ACS West became our official management company on July 1, 2024. There is an overlap with our previous management company so that details can be worked out.

The office phone number is 9 AM to 3 PM and is 804 282-7451 except on holidays and as otherwise notified.

There is no reason for after hours contact as any emergencies with water, fire, gas, or other such issues will need to go through either Henrico 501-5000 or 911. 

Home maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowners, so if you have a plumbing, gas or electrical issue in your house or on your lot, it is your responsibility to contact a plumber or electrician. 

Other Information:

IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR HOME, you need to contact Chris and let him know and the name of your realtor and information. You are required to purchase through HomeWise the closing packet/certificate your realtor will mention to you. The Association makes no money off of such packet/certificate. You will also have the outside of your property inspected by ACS West for violations that must be fixed and/or disclosed to purchaser.

All exterior improvements, replacements (including doors and windows), lot change requests with completed ARCH form, quote - DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT BEFORE BOARD APPROVAL, attached materials information, communication with Henrico building permits as applicable, and other information that may be required by board prior to approval should go to Chris Daniel cc [email protected]

We recommend cc [email protected] so the President, Ara Hawkins receives a copy of your concern. That helps her to know what is going on in case it comes up later.
