Architectural Modification Form

Receipt of your ARCH form and supporting document must be received at least a couple of days before board meeting, but that does not guarantee the board will approve your request at that time. There may be more documentation required.

Do NOT sign any contract before the Board has provided approval in writing/email to you. 

You are responsible for anything not done by the approved ARCH, in a sloppy manner, not to code, etc. as may be required, and colors must be as approved, no exceptions. Any change means you need to resubmit the entire process over again.
