ARCH and documents upload

All renovations, changes, replacements to exterior of home including lawn redesign need to be submitted for approval. This also includes doors, windows and roofs for all homes. Changes in colors must be approved.

You must submit an ARCH - Architectural Form as provided here on the website, along with all documents, communications with Henrico building permits, drawings, photos, product materials and colors.

There are specific roof components that are required for all homes here, no exceptions.

The ARCH submission will not be considered complete until all required documentation is provided. 

You can submit questions about what can be considered without submitting an ARCH, but no approval will be given based on that. 

Decks on all the metal homes are 50 years and under and need to be replaced, and that includes the front decks if they have not been enclosed. The board will consider redesigns of decks and alternative plans, but we suggest you ask questions before getting quotes.

DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENT OR QUOTE FOR A CONTRACTOR OR COMPANY WITHOUT WRITTEN/EMAILED REPLY OF ARCH DOCUMENT SIGNED BY BOARD. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE AFTER APPROVAL WITHOUT RESUBMITTING THE FORMS, AND THIS INCLUDES COLORS. NO COLOR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION AND NEW APPROVAL.
