Recycling The county does not provide recycling here.
You will need to take recycling to the Public Use (dump) area on Charles County Road near the airport. 		    
 
Rentals are restricted here.
Have to live in home one year prior to requesting permission to rent.		 See newest Declarations. Contact [email protected] for questions.
Rentals are restricted, and no rental is permitted without prior written permission of board per rules. Landlord requirements exist.

Trash Bins
Cannot be in front of your home, Trash is Tuesdays except after holiday. Every home must use a trash bin and no plastic bags. Do not place anything with trash or it will not be picked up and placed on your porch.		 Henrico DPU
