Meetings may be recorded for purposes of minute notes of actual business taken and will be erased on approval of minutes. Note, there are times when recording is forgotten or there is a malfunction.

President will announce an Owner Forum during which any owners that wish to speak must share the time with other owners as President directs. You will be muted when it is time for you to stop speaking.

Executive Sessions are for Board and consultants only for the matters permitted under state law.

Executive Sessions are followed by Open Session for any vote that may be taken. Then the meeting will be adjourned.

The March 29, 2023 "2023 Resolution on Electronic Technology and Meetings" is the document to review for questions on meeting processes.
